Account and secretarial assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIREMENTS:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Accounting
-Energetic, motivated, responsible and able to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision.
-Training will be provided.
-Must be computer literate.
-Able to work immediately.
-Possess own vehicle.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-To prepare and maintain payment vouchers and cheques.
-To record all client’s financial transactions in accounting software.
-To do bank reconciliation.
-To prepare full set of management accounts.
-To prepare tax computation for individual and company.
-To ensure all documents are being filled and well documented.
-Job scope covers overall area of accounts and administration function.
-Have knowledge in company secretary work such as able to prepare and submit of statutory return and documents for submission to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) and maintain and update statutory records including register, resolutions, minutes and returns.
