JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Ensure daily Generate Quotation task
Ensure daily any administrative assignments
Ensure daily accounting transactions are properly recorded
Assists in any administrative assignments & handle general administrative tasks
To maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation
Responsible for assisting with preparation of monthly report
Responsible for assisting with preparation and reconciliation general bank statements

Requirements:

Motivated, professional and well spoken, with excellent administrative skills
Meticulous with excellent time management skills and ability to juggle priorities

Fully Google Drive System
Good Communication
