JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring immediately Admin assistant , we need hard working ambitious young female who is living near by Shah Alam area ,
We prefer her having a car.
We prefer someone with accounting background
Job description:
– Arrange all the documentation filing in order as well as the catalogues, invoices and other documents.
– Arranging the workplace in a prober and nice place.
– Executing the internal purchase of the office needs.
– Manage and arrange the payments, bills and liabilities of the company and the managing director.
– Contact all the governmental agencies and offices online and personally if needed.
– Manage the company bank transactions, checks and transfers under supervision of MD.
– Receive calls and visitors to the office place.
– Perform internet search according to the management needs and under supervision of the managing director.
– Arrange the schedule of the managing directors as well as the travel arrangements like the booking and the reservations.
– Contact local suppliers and customers if instructed.
– Simple accounting works, expenses book as well as some simple balance sheets.
– Writing and receiving letters, faxes and emails as instructed from the managing director.
– Any other assignments or missions given from the Managing directors.

Experience Level 1-3 years | 3-5 years
Minimum Education Required We prefer accounting related education , yet accounting experience is more important
