– Assist in handling corporate secretarial services such as preparation of annual return, minutes of annual general meeting, directors resolution, as well as ensuring clients compliance on statutory and regulatory requirements
– Familiar with Companies Act 2016
– Able to work independently
– Good organizational and communication skills
– Computer literate
– Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
