JOB DESCRIPTION
Remote Call Agent(Work From Home) / Full Time & Part Time / Support Team
Job Descriptions:
• Handle inbound calls for Domino’s Pizza order taking.
• Process customer’s order.
• Tactfully and professionally attend to customer queries / concerns via phone
• Adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer concerns at all times

Requirements:
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Age 18 years old and above
• Prefer who can work on weekend (Fri, Sat & Sunday) *for Part Time & RCA.
• Can work on 3 rotating shift *for Full Time & Support Team
• Students, fresh graduates and retirees are encouraged to apply
• Basic computer knowledge needed
• Possess a laptop with a min 4gb of ram *for RCA only
• Possess min 10mb high speed broadband *for RCA only
• Applicants who are available immediately are encourage to apply
• Training is provided.
