6 days work on shift (9am to 6pm or 5pm to 2am)
Update bookings and allotment online.
Ensure that all guests check in, check out, request and inquiries are handled promptly
Liaise with relevant personnel such as Housekeeping or Maintenance regarding room status.
Other administrative duties.
Preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Attend and undertake any cross functional assignments.
Create invoice, payment vouchers and receipt.
Answer telephone calls and email correspondence
