Admin cum HR Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION
*To maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important
documents. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties
as and when required.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word, etc.
*Hardworking, attentive, multi-tasking and proactive. Self-motivated with high level of
integrity.
*To assist in data entries, updates and to ensure proper maintenance of
documentation and records and filling according to procedures and process.
*To perform document submission at government departments.
*To perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
*Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and
when required, committed and able to work independently.
