JOB DESCRIPTION
– Update Daily Using Petty Cash
– Able to handle quotation/invoicing.
– Calculate Salary & Overtime
– Prepare Expenses & Contribution Every Month
– Good Communication With Other Staff & Can do Multitasking Works.
– Perform general administration and data entry duties.
– Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents
– To provide administrative support (data entry)
– Able to work independently
– Ensure all received and issued goods are recorded and updated.
– Follow-up payment, outstanding, & purchase order by phone call and email
