If you are someone who is independent and reliable and has the required knowledge to perform your task as a Restaurant Manager/ Assistant Manager. If you are also ready to progress with the company and willing to take up responsibilities. As the company progress, you will progress.
1) Shift responsibilities and is accountable to the operations smooth running
2) Responsible for sales and profitability of the restaurant and people management strategic
3) Good in inventory and costing management
4) Conducting training and maintaining SOP
5) Able to create a strong working relationship with all staffs and help groom and develop their potential
6) Lead and motivate staffs in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
7) Enforcement of hygiene regulations and upkeep of hygiene standard
8) Able too handle customer queries and feedback, provide solutions and customer recovery
