JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Reply to messages / calls / PM / DM through Instagram, Facebook, Email and Whatsapp
* Handling after sales enquiries from customers (Return/Feedback/Follow-up/etc)
* Record and prepare daily and weekly report of customer engagements
* Ability to work under pressure & with minimum supervision
* Ability to multi-task & good attention to details

REQUIREMENTS
+ Preferrably Female
+ Age between 19 – 30 (preferrably)
+ Single
+ Can give full commitment to duties given
+ Experience in online businesses (added advantage)
+ Have a good interpersonal and relationship skill when engaging with customers
