Outlet Operator/Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities Includes:
– Customer service, assist customers on their inquiries
– Answer incoming calls & emails
– Collect Lesson Fee
– Retail (introduce, stock count, replenish)
– Arrange lesson schedules, data key in & prepare notices or documents
– Send reports to superior & HQ
– Take care of the outlets’ tidiness & cleanliness, well being of all equipment
– Work Schedule on shift basis
JOB REQUIREMENT
Nationality Preferred Malaysians Only
Gender Preferred All Genders
Language Required English | Bahasa Malaysia | Mandarin/Cantonese
Own Transport None
Experience Level 1-3 years
Minimum Education Required Minimum SPM
– Able to communicate in English
– Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
